The blended training mobility of the InCultuRe – Fostering Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Cross-Cultural and Cross-Religious Contexts project brought together selected adult educators and community trainers from North Macedonia, Turkey, and Greece in Trikala, Greece, held from 27 January to 31 January 2025.
This training combined online preparatory sessions with an intensive face-to-face programme, focusing on key themes such as social innovation, digital learning, and intercultural dialogue in adult education.
During the activity, participants engaged in a series of hands-on exercises using the pilot version of the InCultuRe e-learning platform, gaining valuable, practical experience with the project’s interactive training modules. The blended format allowed participants to explore innovative teaching methods and exchange good practices relevant to adult learning in multicultural and multireligious contexts.
The mobility significantly enhanced the participants’ competencies and confidence to support adult learners from diverse backgrounds, contributing to the project’s overarching goal of promoting inclusive education and social innovation through lifelong learning.
