The first transnational project meeting of the InCultuRe project was successfully held in Skopje, North Macedonia, and was hosted by the lead partner ITEM. This initial meeting provided an essential opportunity for the partner organisations from North Macedonia, Turkey, and Greece to connect, establish a shared implementation strategy, and define a common vision.

During the meeting, partners discussed project coordination, communication protocols, task distribution, and timelines. Special emphasis was placed on the development of the training curriculum and digital tools. The meeting also resulted in the adoption of the Code of Conduct and the Risk Management Plan. This gathering laid the foundation for a collaborative and well-organised partnership moving forward.
