TPM3 – Transnational Project Meeting in Greece

The final transnational meeting was held in Trikala, Greece, and served as the concluding coordination milestone of the InCultuRe project. The agenda focused on evaluating the impact of the project, consolidating key findings, and preparing the final reporting and sustainability plans.
Partners presented local-level outcomes, reflected on lessons learned, and explored potential follow-up initiatives. The meeting was also used to refine dissemination materials and discuss further usage of the platform and training resources beyond the project’s duration.
